Message to DBRFI on its 69th Anniversary

I take great pleasure in congratulating the Officers, Directors and Members of PAREB-Davao Board of Realtors Foundation Inc. (DBRFI) on this auspicious 69^th Anniversary celebration.

Ever since its founding in 1951, DBRFI has become a highly recognized member board of PAREB in nurturing real estate professionals in Davao and nearby provinces. It has shown its leadership in upholding the tenets of the profession and combatting colorums in the industry. You have shown your great camaraderie and love for PAREB in hosting the 2018 VisMin Conference, with a remarkable success, and contribute great men and women in the national leadership of PAREB.

In time of pandemic, your theme “Resilient and United” is very important and timely. The country is in health and economic crisis. Massive unemployment, dislocation of OFWs, and business disruptions are a common occurrence. Real estate industry is now reeling from the impact of crisis. Thus, the leadership of your organization is highly needed in helping practitioners and the public in general to cope up in the crisis and bounce back in the long run.

PAREB National, collectively with other member-boards, are doing its share in conducting educational webinars, community outreach programs, government linkages, international networking and membership expansion. As our second member-board founder, you are one of the senior board in our organization. You have 69 years rich of experience which we can draw lessons that will benefit not only your organization but also our new and existing member-boards, towards success. Take pride, and draw strength from it.

I am confident that Davao Board will continue to play a significant role in the advancement of the professions not only for the Philippines but also for the ASEAN Real Estate and the world.

Again, on this very special occasion, I would like to wish the 69th anniversary celebration of DBRFI a fruitful and memorable event, and continued success in your future endeavors.
