This blog discusses laws, economics, real estate, finance, and planning works and writings of AB Agosto, a legal researcher, valuer, consultant, and environmental planner.

Mr. Agosto teaches at the University of San Carlos School of Business and Economics. He worked as a consultant for the Asian Development Bank as well. Additionally, he was named Appraisal Commissioner of the Regional Trial Court of Lapulapu, Mandaue, Cebu City, and Talisay. In other countries, he served as an expert witness before the County Court of Los Angeles, California, USA, and the Federal Court of Australia, Japan, United Kingdom, and Sweden.

He gives talks at numerous institutions and organizations on a range of subjects, including real estate appraisal, brokerage, and urban planning. He has already given lectures in cities around the nation, including General Santos City, Caloocan City, Pasig City, Laoag City, Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Cagayan de Oro, and Pagadian City. Additionally, he gave a speech in Yangoon, Myanmar, and lectured in Bangkok, Thailand. He was invited to speak as a guest speaker at the National Convention of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Board, the Graduate School Program of the University of San Jose Recoletos, the University of San Carlos, and other professional associations.

He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of San Carlos, and a degree in Land Valuation and Management from the University of the Philippines (UPOU). He graduated Juris Doctor in Cebu and currently taking up Masters of Laws in the University of Santo Tomas in Manila.
